Terms of service

Membership and Registration: Joining Love4Fun Carnival Troupe requires registration and payment of a fee, either in full or in installments. Members receive a custom-made carnival costume, access to club gatherings, and participation in carnival activities.

Payments: Payments can be made in person at Love4Fun headquarters, Obersi Xerox Building, Harbour View, 1B Sparrow Road, Philipsburg, Sint Maarten, or via our website loveforfunsxm.com. Payment terms must be strictly adhered to for costume production.

Prohibited Conduct: Members must respect all club rules and regulations. Any inappropriate behavior, misuse of club resources, or violation of these terms may result in termination of membership without refund.

Limitation of Liability: Love4Fun Carnival Troupe is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
